KG Taim's Terms & Conditions — Transparency is our foundation

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the KG Taim website (kgtaim.app) and all associated services, mobile applications, and platforms. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

KG Taim may update these terms from time to time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

Age & Legal Eligibility

To open an account with KG Taim, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. You are required to provide your correct date of birth at registration. KG Taim may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time to verify your age.

One Person, One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per device, household, or IP address One Account is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide your full name, address, mobile number, and email address accurately. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and loss of withdrawal rights.

All transactions at KG Taim are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently accept the following payment methods:

Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum withdrawal limit per transaction is set individually by KG Taim and is subject to change.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met.

KG Taim offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x).
• Validity: Most bonuses expire if not used within 30 days of being credited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically count for 100%, while table games count for 10%–20%.
• Multiple Bonuses: Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, bets per round generally cannot exceed ৳500.

All games on KG Taim use third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and is in no way predetermined.

Game Disputes

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, KG Taim will void the bet for that round and refund the amount. However, KG Taim is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.

• The use of any automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Any fraudulent attempt to influence the outcome of a bet will result in immediate account suspension.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting game errors or bugs will be considered void.

KG Taim believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. That's why we provide every player with the following tools to help them play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily self-suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at KG Taim. Participation in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Managing multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing artificial bet patterns to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse)
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to game systems
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Colluding with other users on bets
• Knowingly exploiting platform errors or bugs

KG Taim reserves the right to close any account at any time without providing a reason. Accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Evidence of Fraud or Cheating
• Operating an account from a restricted region
• KYC Verification Failure
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any bonus-free balance will be returned, subject to KYC verification.

KG Taim is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet outages or server downtime
• Interruptions to gameplay caused by issues with your device or software
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

KG Taim's maximum liability will never exceed the amount of your active deposit.

KG Taim may modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Depending on the nature of the change, you will be notified in the following ways:

• Minor Changes: The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.
• Major Changes: Registered members will be notified in advance via email or SMS.
• Important Changes: You will be prompted to accept the updated terms upon your next login.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
